Salford Community Support overview
When the service started in 1994 it was originally on a temporary basis for 10 families. In 2009 we had our 15 year celebration and at present we support 80 families. The majority of our support is provided to people who live with their parents but we also provide support to people who live independently and need some minimal support to maintain their independence. Our aim is to provide a quality service to enable people to lead a full active life by accessing services/activities within their local community.
