Salford Network.
The Salford Network supports people living in their own homes either in shared accommodation, renting independently or by buying their own homes. We currently work across 5 districts in Salford; Walkden, Worsley, Eccles, Swinton and Pendlebury. Our shared vision is of enabling and supporting people to make real and meaningful changes in their lives; In Salford, we believe that Person Centred Thinking skills should underpin everything that we do. We involve people in every way possible and constantly strive to find more creative and innovative ways to continue to develop a service which meets the needs of those that we support.
