Welcome to IAS Services...

Our service assists people with learning disabilities to live high quality lives. We are keen to ensure that people are forming friendships as well as taking a part in community life.

We are keen to ensure that people are forming friendships as well as taking part and joining in community life. Lots of people choose to live independently but need to some support and we consider the needs of each person and provide a range of support that helps people to remain independent.

We have a team of trained and experienced staff who work with each person, so they develop the relationship and knowledge to best work alongside them.

1.
We seek to develop a person centred organisation where everyone feels valued and sees that their contribution makes a difference.
2.
We aim to create an environment where everybody's energy and creativity is focused on getting better lives for people.
3.
We support people to live as valued and contributing members of their communities where they are part of a wide network of friends, neighbours and family.
4.
We do this through active listening, thoughtful practice, passionate commitment, and by working towards peoples dreams.
